User-Generated Content Policy
You keep ownership of what you post on BoxNear. This policy sets out the rules for that content and the license you grant BoxNear.
1. License to BoxNear
By submitting content (listing text, photos, reviews, store logos, messages, support attachments), you grant BoxNear a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting and resizing), and distribute that content solely to operate, secure, and promote the Service. The license ends when you delete the content, except that BoxNear may retain copies as needed for legal, dispute-handling, and backup purposes.
2. What you promise
- You own the content or have the rights necessary to grant this license.
- The content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Photos accurately depict the item and its condition and are not misleadingly altered.
- Reviews reflect your genuine experience and are not paid for or exchanged for compensation.
3. What you cannot post
- Personal information of another person (email, phone, address) without their permission.
- Photos containing readable payment cards, identity documents, or license plates.
- Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or promotes items on the Prohibited Items Policy.
4. Public visibility
Listing text and photos, store profile fields, and reviews are public and may be indexed by search engines.
5. Removal
You may edit or delete your own content. BoxNear may remove content that violates our policies, receives a valid DMCA notice, or is required to be removed by law.
