Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses BoxNear — buyers, sellers, employees, and visitors.
1. Don't
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive listings, reviews, or messages.
- List items covered by the Prohibited Items Policy.
- Attempt to circumvent the platform fee by directing buyers off-platform for BoxNear-originated orders.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service beyond what is publicly exposed for normal users.
- Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to subvert BoxNear's security, RLS policies, or admin tooling.
- Create fake accounts, buy or sell reviews, or manipulate trust indicators.
- Interfere with Stripe payment flows or webhook processing.
- Use the Service to launder money or to structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
2. Do
- Be accurate. Sellers, describe items honestly. Buyers, show up when you say you will.
- Respect the pickup window and follow the seller's on-site instructions.
- Report suspected fraud or safety issues to support@boxnear.com.
3. Enforcement
BoxNear may remove content, cancel reservations, suspend accounts, and take other action for violations. See Suspension & Termination.
