1. Submitting a notice

Send a written notice by email to support@boxnear.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice") or by mail to:

BoxNear LLC, DMCA Agent
96 Clinton Ave, PMB 504, Newark, NJ 07114, United States

2. Required contents

A valid notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (URL is best).
  • Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notice

If your content is removed and you believe it was in error, you may send a counter-notice to support@boxnear.com including the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

BoxNear terminates the accounts of users who are, in appropriate circumstances, repeat infringers.
