Electronic Communications Consent

By creating an account you agree that BoxNear may communicate with you electronically.
1. Where messages arrive
- Email — to the address on your account, for authentication, security, and transactional notifications.
- In-app notifications — for payment confirmations, pickup codes, new orders, refunds, low-stock alerts, follower alerts, and other operational events.
- Push notifications — on iOS and Android if you grant permission.
2. Transactional messages
Certain messages are essential for the operation of the Service (payment confirmations, pickup codes, refund notices, dispute updates, security alerts). These cannot be turned off while your account is active.
3. Non-transactional messages
You can control non-essential notifications from your settings page and by adjusting your device's notification permissions.
4. Legal notices
You agree that legal notices sent by email or displayed in-app satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
